This is my latest purse cake. This cake has 3 layers of white cake filled with banana cream and fresh bananas. This cake is covered in fondant.

Winter Wedding Cake

This is my latest Cake, it was for a Winter Christmas Themed Wedding. The Bottom tier is Chocolate Cake with Raspberry filling, the top tier is White Cake filled with Raspberry filling both cakes are covered in Fondant. This cake is decorated with fondant pearls and snowflakes dusted with edible pearl luster dust and edible pearls.

Chocolate cake with walnuts

For my Husbands birthday I made him is favorite cake, Chocolate Cake with Chocolate frosting covered with walnuts.

Cake Pops

For the Holidays I made these cake pops, They are bite size cakes covered with chocolate on a stick. For Christmas I made little Rudolphs they are chocolate cakes covered in chocolate. I used red M&Ms for the nose, white edible confetti for the eyes and pretzels for the antlers. These cake pops are great for any occasion.

Helen's 25th Birthday Cake
